CT Holdings Plc (CTH) yesterday announced the appointment of Sanjay N. Niles as an Executive Non-Independent Director to its Board of Directors.
Niles joined the CTH Group leading finance at subsidiary Cargills (Ceylon) Plc and thereafter spearheaded its property development interests, completing landmark projects such as the Empire and CT Land Piliyandala. He is also the Managing Director of Ceylon Theatres Ltd., Sri Lanka’s pioneer entertainment company tracing its legacy to the first locally produced movie in Sri Lanka and today the leader in modern entertainment through its superior multiplexes islandwide.
Niles is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
