Sarnia Estate situated in Badulla has established a new all-time record price of Rs. 650 for a liquoring FBOPF 1 grade at the weekly tea auction held recently. This line of tea was purchased by M/s Unilever Sri Lanka and the selling broker was M/s John Keells PLC. Sarnia Estate comes under the purview of Malwatte Valley Plantations PLC.
