Scan Products honour top achievers

Nine top performers among the sales personnel of Scan Products Division at C. W. Mackie PLC during the first half of this year were rewarded with a trip to China recently in recognition of their excellent sales performance.

During the four days they spent in China, they visited several places on interest including Great Wall of China, Olympic City and Forbidden City.

Explaining why the company decided to send them on an overseas trip, Scan Products Division COO, Mangala Perera said that it’s the responsibility of the organisation to appreciate and recognise those who perform well thereby helping to boost the sales of their products. “At Scan Products we value the good work done by the sales force and keep them motivated through numerous forms of recognition include both monetary and non-monetary rewards,” he said.
