Seminar on supply efficiency

The Import Section of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and the Institute of Supply and Material Management Sri Lanka are organising a seminar on efficient supply chain management, titled “Manage Supply Efficiently”, on 19 August from 9 am -12 pm at the Ground Floor Auditorium of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

Supply Chain Management can be seen as the process of strategically managing the upstream and downstream flows of material, funds and information within the collaboration partners or the network of suppliers.

This seminar is targeted at Inventory, Procurement Warehouse, Shipping Managers and Supervisors and other administrators responsible for the overall supply chain management optimisation, Senior, Middle and Junior Managers

The Speakers at the seminar would be Danesha Perera, President ISMM (Strategic Purchasing), Gayan Perera, Demand Planning Manager, Fonterra Brands Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. (Effective Inventory Control) and I.G. Perera, Management Consultant & Trainer (Warehousing & Transport).
