The 2009-10 Annual Report of Hayleys Advantis, the Transportation and Logistics Arm of the Hayleys Group, bagged the Gold award in the ‘Service Organisation’ Category at the 46th Annual Report Awards presented by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) recently.

This is the sixth occasion that Hayleys Advantis has won an ICASL award for financial reporting at these prestigious awards.

Deputy Managing Director of Hayleys Advantis Limited Ruwan Waidyaratne accepted the award on behalf of the company.

“Hayleys Advantis has a culture of striving for excellence in all it does, and responsible corporate reporting is a key area of focus for the company,” Waidyaratne said.

“Whilst awards themselves are not the object of these efforts, they do provide invaluable feedback for continual improvement with regard to how we stack-up against our peers and market expectations.

The ICASL has to be commended for making this possible.”

Hayleys Advantis Ltd. has over 50 years of industry presence and is a pioneer in providing integrated logistics solutions, representing some of the world’s foremost shipping lines, international freight forwarders and the largest air express freight company.

Today Hayleys Advantis is the leader in Sri Lanka’s logistics and transportation industry providing Third Party Logistics (3PL), international freight management, inland and project logistics, marine services and terminal and engineering operations.
