The ‘Kedella: Art of Living 2013’ exhibition was held on recently at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre (BMICH) Colombo.
Well over 30,000 visitors showed up throughout the three days it was open to the public.
Seylan Bank was the Official Banker for ‘Art of Living 2013’. The bank promoted the ‘Seylan Siri Nivasa’ housing loan to the customers since the exhibition catered to the target market. Many inquiries were made by visitors about ‘Seylan Siri Nivasa’ housing loan scheme, seeking to make their dream home a reality. Staff members of Seylan Bank were present to give the customers all the guidance and information they needed.
The Seylan Siri Nivasa housing loan scheme also offers an express loan scheme as well, which enables a prospective borrower to obtain a loan within four working days. A special interest rate was offered to customers who applied for the loan at the Seylan Bank stall during the exhibition. It is a fast, easy to obtain loan that can be applied for, by salaried employees, professionals, businessmen, Sri Lankans living abroad or joint borrowers.
As Official Banker, Seylan Bank provided a favour to other merchants at Kedella: Art of Living 2013 as well, by installing a Point of Sale card machine which was used to complete credit and debit card transactions of other vendors.
Seylan Bank PLC General Manager/CEO Kapila Ariyaratne and Senior Deputy General Manager Tissa Nanayakkara were present amongst other dignitaries at the opening ceremony on 25 October 2013.
