With its tailor-made solutions to suit the different requirements of its clientele, Shifting Lifestyles believes in building relationships and creating better lifestyles for them. Thanks to its relationships with major instrumentation agencies, including national institutions, Shifting Lifestyles is able to stay on top of latest developments in migration policies and deploy solutions quickly through a variety of platforms.
Shifting Lifestyles further sets itself apart from competitors through its high degree of knowledge and capabilities in the fields of Business Consulting, HR Solutions, Corporate Training, Migration Consultancy and Overseas Education facilitating enabling them to fully understand the backgrounds of the clients in both Sri Lankan and Australian contexts.
Shifting Lifestyles Managing Director Nishan Wimalachandra attributes much of the company’s success at becoming ISO 9001:2008 certified to its high sense of integrity, competence and maintaining a high quality of service.
“A critical step in the certification process was putting together a steering committee that represented each division of Shifting Lifestyles for a uniform commitment and involvement in the given task,” he concluded. The on-site ISO Consultant Rasitha Niroshana we contracted through the agency helped guide us through the certification process,” he added. “This gave us a level of confidence and experienced insight into the intent of the standard.
