Singer parent sheds 0.4% stake

Singer Sri Lanka Plc parent Retail Holdings BV has shed 0.4% stake in the Company.

It has sold 0.458 million shares for around Rs. 66 million.

Following the sale, Retail Holdings (Sri Lanka) BV holds 79.31%.

Last year, the parent reduced its holding from 86.11% to 79.68% with the divested stake taken up by institutional investors.
