SLANZBC holds workshop on ‘Strategic Leadership’ for local corporate executives

Nearly 60 senior executives of the Sri Lankan corporate sector recently took part in a work shop on ‘Strategic Leadership,’ which was conducted by the Latrobe University of Australia with the support of the AUSTRADE.

The workshop, organised by the Sri Lanka-Australia-New Zealand Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (SLANZBC), focused on the themes of ‘Strategic Leadership,’ ‘Strategic Thinking and Communication’ and ‘Leading Change and Leading Responsibly’. The program, which was conducted by two subject specialists, arrived in the country from the Latrobe Business School, used case studies, leadership tools and experiential reflections during the workshop to reinforce the learnings of the session. The workshop which was held in Colombo was followed by a networking session, which was also attended by the Australian High Commissioner in Sri Lanka Robyn Mudie.
