SLINTEC signs 2 agreements with A. Baur & Co. to develop new agriculture technologies

SLINTEC has signed two agreements with conglomerate A. Baur & Co. Ltd. to develop new products for their agriculture product range. The agreement signing marks the first collaboration between A. Baur & Co. Ltd. and SLINTEC.

SLINTEC is a public-private partnership between the Government of Sri Lanka and major players in the private sector; namely MAS Holdings, Brandix, Dialog, Hayleys, Loadstar and most recently Lankem. SLINTEC is committed to support the small-and-medium enterprises to improve and develop their products to meet the demands of the local and international markets using nanotechnology and advanced technology solutions.

Ltd. was established in 1897 and now employs over 700 people in diverse segments of the company such as import, export, distribution, manufacturing as well as agency business in agriculture, nutrition, healthcare, industrial raw materials, consumer, export, airlines, travel, optics, as well as machinery.
