SLINTEC signs agreement with Analytical Instruments to start key agriculture research

SLINTEC has signed an agreement with Analytical Instruments to develop a product to fit Sri Lanka’s agriculture space. The agreement signing marks the first collaboration between the two companies and marks the very first research project undertaken by Analytical Instruments. The project strengthens SLINTEC’s agricultural arm of research while addressing the country’s growing need for smart agriculture. 

SLINTEC is a public-private partnership between the Government of Sri Lanka and major players in the private sector; namely MAS Holdings, Brandix, Dialog, Hayleys, Loadstar and most recently Lankem. SLINTEC is committed to supporting small-and-medium enterprises to improve and develop their products to meet the demands of the local and international markets using nanotechnology and advanced technology solutions. 

Analytical Instruments has been at the forefront of supplying latest technology and products to diverse markets in the medical, analytical and agriculture sectors of Sri Lanka since its inception in 1989. Analytical Instruments are the pioneer in bringing quality branded products which include medical diagnostic products and reagents, high technology analytical equipment and instrumentation, animal husbandry products, general laboratory products, consumables and chemicals throughout Sri Lanka.
