SLT rewards ‘Danumen Dinumata’ competition winners

SLT organised an award ceremony to reward the winners of the ‘Danumen Dinumata’ IVR competition, which was held late last year. Thirteen lucky winners walked away with attractive cash prizes.

The competition comprised of a series of IQ & General Knowledge IVR based questions, which customers had to answer successfully and attain the highest score in order to win. 

The competition, which was held during the period 4 December 2015 to 10 January, turned out to be a huge success, with over 25,000 participants.

The winner of the grand prize of Rs. 150,000 was S. K. M. Waidyarathna, who gained a total of 3.2 million points, whilst F. B. Faizal and T. A. N. Srimali won Rs. 100,000 for the second place and Rs. 50,000/- for the third place respectively. 

The next top 10 winners who were identified and awarded attractive consolation prizes included V. S. Damayanthi, W. M. R. K. K. Fernando, K. S. Bandara, V. G. S. Nilantha, E. A. S. S. K. Jayampathi, B. N. Upendra, N. K. Sooriyabandara, R. M. U. Nandana, W. D. L. Jayawardana and S. Punniaseelan.

The SLT Chief Marketing Officer Ajantha Seneviratne who was also the chief guest at the event, presented the winners their prizes. Other senior officers and officials of SLT also participated in the event.
