South Africa’s Effibar enters Sri Lankan market

Effibar, the efficient Busway System from South Africa, recently announced its launch in Sri Lanka with its local representative Intec Systems and Solutions Ltd. Representing over 40 international brands in Sri Lanka, Intec Systems and Solutions caters to the supply, testing and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire-life safety products and a vast range of lighting solutions for the construction industry. Effibar is manufactured by Busbar Installations Ltd., South Africa, which was established in 1999 by Managing Director Bob Boyd, who has more than 43 years’ experience in busbar systems manufacture and installation. Busbar Installations is a reliable and high integrity manufacturer and installer of Comprehensive range of Busbar Systems (Lighting, Sandwich, Cast Resin, IPB, SPB, NSPB, Insulated pipe and Gas Insulated Bus duct) from 220 Volts to 36,000 Volts and from 100 Amps to 90,000 Amps, along with flexible connectors to suit the required application. Effibar is compliant with the latest IEC standards and is type tested with Dekra and KEMA. The launch witnessed the gathering of several distinguished guests involved in the construction industry in Sri Lanka.
