Enterprising Fairs India Ltd, a leader in B2B exhibitions and trade fairs and the organiser of Sri Lanka Plast and RUBEXPO 2014, came forth as the Platinum Sponsor for the Annual Awards Night of the Plastics and Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka (PRISL), held at the Grand Ballroom, Galadari Hotel Colombo recently.
Enterprising Fairs India Ltd believes that exhibitions act as a catalyst for the growth of business in a given vertical, be it plastics, packaging, solar, food, logistics, electrical and electronics, etc. in countries like India, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Myanmar. The company has supported the PRISL Annual Awards Night for the past three years continuously and has played a key role in facilitating with the national professional body to raise the bar of Plastics and Rubber industry locally.
Speaking about the sponsorship, Enterprising Fairs India Ltd. Managing Director B. Adding further on Enterprising Fairs commitment to the Sri Lankan market, Swaminathan noted, “Exhibitions are key drivers of any industry. They also facilitate the adoption of new and appropriate technologies at affordable investments. Enterprising Fairs have collaborated with Plastics and Rubber Institute of Sri Lanka (PRISL), to conduct the second edition of Sri Lanka Plast – a Plastics Expo and the first edition of RUBEXPO – a Rubber Expo on 14, 15 and 16 August 2014 at BMICH, Colombo.
As a prelude to these exhibitions, PRISL together with Enterprising Fairs has planned an International Seminar on Trends and Advancements in the fields of Plastics and Rubber on 5 August and an exclusive CEO Forum on 1 August at Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo to encourage the plastics and rubber industries to take ‘exports’ as growth strategy. Experts from the Government, EDB and few from India are expected to address this elite forum, powered by Sri Lanka Plast and RUBEXPO.
