Suhroor meeting of Sri Lanka Business Council in Dubai

The Board of the Sri Lankan Business Council (SLBC) in Dubai and Northern Emirates and its corporate members met for a Suhroor at the Ramadan Majlis at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, UAE.

The event was hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry as part of its programme to reach out to the business councils representing business people from various countries doing business in Dubai.

It was an idea discussion evening graced by the presence of the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the United Arab Emirates Sarath Wijesinghe and the Consular General of Sri Lanka to Dubai and Northern Emirates M.M. Abdul Raheem. Also present were Consulate of Sri Lanka in Dubai Tea Minister Ranjith Abeykoon, Chairman of the Board of SLBC Farook Kassim, Director – Memberships of SLBC Mohamed Giado, Director – Events of SLBC Devanand Mahadeva, Director – Finance of SLBC Kosala Udumalagala, Country Manager, SriLankan Airlines Sudath Kuruppu and Director, Heraymila Investments Su-ayid Ismail.
