C.P. Sujani Bogollagama has resigned from the Board of Directors of ASCOT Holdings Plc with effect from 30 January.
She was a Non-Executive Independent Director and did not hold any shares in ASOCT.
Bogollagama holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from University of Aberdeen in UK and BSc in Mathematics with Business Studies from University of Surrey in UK and LLB from University of London. She has extensive local and foreign experience in financial related products and product development.
With the change, the Board of ASOCT Holdings Plc comprises Mohan Ratnayake (Chairman/Non-Executive Independent Director), Rohan Iriyagolle (Executive Director/GM), N.D. Gunaratne, D.J. Gunaratne, M.D.A. Weerasooriya and M.T.U. Mendis.
