A pioneer in construction and real-estate, Suncity Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd. unveiled plans on the latest addition to their extensive portfolio of apartment complexes, and introduced a new building at Battaramulla.

Located on Bodhiya Road, a mere 300 meters from the Battaramulla main road, the building will house 20 apartments over four floors, with modern facilities and conveniences including a 24-hour security service, a gymnasium, swimming pool, etc.

Each apartment will also be equipped with the trademark amenities including air conditioning, hot water and porcelain tiling. The apartment complex which is scheduled for completion by July 2013 is currently open for buyers who are interested in affordability, convenience and a great lifestyle.

“As a company, we have ensured that we provide the very best modern services to our clients while keeping the costs low.

Our objective has always been affordability and convenience for buyers. Affordability for young couples and convenience that will enable them to live life to the fullest,” said Pinsiri Fernando, Managing Director of Suncity.

Designed by architectural firm Bandusena Associates, construction of the building is currently underway, with the first floor scheduled to be completed by the end of November.  The company expects to have a show apartment made available to the public by mid December.

“In the last few years, more and more young couples have been extremely keen on living within the security and comfort of an apartment complex instead of a conventional house. With our last project in Moratuwa – the Melbourne Towers Phase I and II, we saw the potential for apartment living outside the Colombo city limits.

We’re planning on continuing this trend and have several additional projects in the suburbs of Wattala, Maharagama and Panadura in the next few years,” Fernando stated.

The company’s last project, Melbourne Towers Phase II consisting of 62 units was completed in Moratuwa and sold out earlier this year. Their other notable buildings include McCarthy Towers, Rosmead Towers, Horton Towers, Horton Regency, and the Suncity Twin Towers.

With over three decades of experience in the construction and building industry, the Suncity Property Developers is a part of the Suncity Group of Companies.
