Suncity adds modern apartment complex to Moratuwa Skyline

A pioneer in construction and real-estate, Suncity Developers Ltd unveiled plans on the latest addition to their extensive portfolio of apartment complexes and introduced a modern building with a breathtaking view in Moratuwa.
Located on Watson Peiris Mawatha, a mere 300 metres from Galle Road, the building will house 20 apartments over five floors, with modern facilities and conveniences including a 24-hour security service, a gymnasium, swimming pool and a rooftop where customers will be able to enjoy the heavenly sunsets on a daily basis. This is the fifth apartment complex project the company has initiated in the suburbs, with Melbourne Towers Phase 1 & 2 and Baththaramulla Apartment Complex completed 2012 and 2014 respectively. Suncity’s other notable buildings include Horton Towers, Horton Regency, the Suncity Twin Towers, McCarthy Towers, and one of Sri Lanka’s first luxury apartment complexes – Rosmead Towers.
Sampath Bank has made arrangements to provide a loan facility of 70% for customers interested in purchasing apartments from Suncity Towers Moratuwa.
