  • State-of-the-art office complex available for sale in Bambalapitiya
A pioneer in construction and real estate in Sri Lanka, Suncity Property Developers Ltd. commenced construction on its latest project, an office complex within the Colombo City limits. This is Suncity’s most recent initiative complementing an existing portfolio of apartment complexes. Located in Bambalapitiya facing R.A. de Mel Mawatha, the building was designed by Bandusena Associates. Approximately 8,000 sq. ft in size, the building will be equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and technology, enabling companies to simply plug in and commence operations. The building is scheduled to be completed by the end of February 2014 and is currently available for buyers and investors. “As a company, we have always focused on providing value for money to our clients, delivering quality apartments at affordable prices to our clients. This time, we’re offering offices for their convenience and ease,” said Pinsiri Fernando, Managing Director of Suncity. “This is a prime location and the new building has every modern requirement for an office making it the ideal location for any business looking to expand their presence in Colombo.” Fernando further stated: “We saw a vacuum in the availability of office spaces especially for entrepreneurs in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to purchase. Once completed, this office complex will provide SMEs conveniently located office spaces in the Colombo city.” This marks the first of the company’s office complex projects within the Colombo City limits.  Suncity’s other notable buildings include Horton Towers, Horton Regency, the Suncity Twin Towers, McCarthy Towers, Melbourne Towers phase 1 and 2 in Moratuwa, Battaramulla Apartment Complex, Classic Towers in Panadura and one of Sri Lanka’s first luxury apartment complexes – Rosmead Towers.
