The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka is presenting an evening seminar on ‘Practical Management’ on Thursday 24 July from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Chamber Auditorium 450 D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10. Facilitator Sunil Wijesinha, a well-reputed, renowned corporate trainer and a popular speaker will conduct the session.
The seminar is designed for busy people, loaded with a heavy schedule of work as to how they could manage their time efficiently and effectively. Target audience: CEOs, senior managers, operational managers, professionals and senior executives who wish to manage their time better.
Topics include basics of time management, efficiency improving methods- productive meetings, preparing productive board papers, writing and email efficiency, organising the workplace, handling delegations, and effectiveness improving methods -such as sorting and prioritising goals, analysing tasks and performance using dashboards.
Wijesinha is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Management Accountant and holds a MBA. He is the President of the National Chamber, Chairman of three public listed companies and serves on other boards and committees.
He has conducted many seminars and training programs on time management – many techniques and practices are developed by him, to manage his own busy schedule.
