Suresh Anandappa joins 3M Sri Lanka’s business team to head the marketing arm of the leading innovations company.
Anandappa, who has achieved many feats in the sphere of marketing, brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise from multinational pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. He joined the Company in 1998 as Medical Promotion Delegate and subsequently rose to the rank of Business Development and Commercial Excellence Manager. Commenting on his new appointment Anandappa said, “3M is a company known for world-class Research and Development (R&D) capabilities as well as embodying a spirit of innovation. I see this as a great opportunity to contribute towards the growth of the company’s business in Sri Lanka, reinvigorating the brand and utilising 3M’s marketing excellence initiatives, which will enable us to drive profitability and anticipate, understand and meet the needs of customers efficiently.”
