‘Quadruple the grandeur, four times the elegance, and fourfold poetry in brick. The stupendous Krrish Square awaits you!’ reads the banner on the Krrish website advertising the project.
The project, which requires an estimated investment of US$ 650 million, is expected to be completed by 2016, four years after the start of construction later in June this year.
The high-rise complex will span 4.3 acres of land and will be made up of four statuesque towers housing commercial office spaces, elite residences, high-end retail and super deluxe hotel accommodation. The landmark development will include the refurbished heritage hotel in the existing Transworks Square building.
‘Redefining luxury,’ Krrish Square is set to have a special club lounge, a state-of-the-art business centre, and an indulgent spa. The exclusive high-end residential complex is spread across three towers and is designed to incorporate outdoor spaces, verandas and gardens with full-height glazing, balconies, sky gardens, terraces, and infinity swimming pools.
International conceptual structure design consultants, renowned Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) consultants, high-end security systems, renowned geo-tech investigation consultants, and international PMC agencies have been taken on board by Krrish Group for Krrish Square.
