Ceylon Chamber to facilitate the match-making session
Sri Lanka’s top companies, including conglomerates and firms from the SME sector will sit for a Business Match Making Session during the upcoming SME forum, which is organised by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
Firms such as John Keells, CIC, Hayleys and many more will hold discussions with a diverse range of SME firms coming from across Sri Lanka, to find out potential areas for linkages and partnerships, thus benefitting both parties.
During the three hour match-making session; corporate firms can identify SME firms, who can act as suppliers, distributors, sub-contractors and get engaged in various other ways.
This also gives an ideal opportunity to the SMEs based in the outstation areas to link up with the Colombo based big corporate firms.
The ‘National Forum on Small and Medium Enterprises Empowerment 2014’ organised by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will be held on 13 and 14 October 2014 in Colombo, will discuss the current status of the local SME sector and its way forward.
