The leaders driving innovation in Sri Lanka’s top firms will share expert insights and practical lessons at the upcoming ‘Future of Business’ Innovation Strategy and Learning Event organised by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, and will spell out the key ingredients needed in building in-house innovation teams.

MAS Holdings Chief Growth Officer Nathan Sivagananathan, Helavation (Hela Clothing) CEO Nissanga Warnapura, CodeGen CEO Dr. Harsha Subasinghe, John Keells Research Head Dr. Muditha Senarath Yapa and Hemas Holdings Director – Innovation Dr. Himesh Fernando will speak in a plenary session of the learning event, which will discuss the topic of ‘Building an Innovation Team in Your Corporate’.

The speakers will outline innovation strategies of their companies, unpack practical challenges and solutions, and discuss whether large firms can innovate like startups do. Prof. Jaideep Prabu of the Cambridge Judge Business School and co-author of award-winning book ‘Frugal Innovation’ will join the session and bring a global perspective to the interaction.
