Trillium Residencies signs MoU with Sanken Lanka for final phase

The country’s most prestigious luxury condominium project, Trillium Residencies, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with reputed construction company Sanken Lanka in Colombo recently for the construction of the final phase of the Sunset Wing.

Scheduled for completion by 31March 2012, the final phase will mark the successful completion of Trillium Residencies to the highest quality standards as pledged and executed by Trillium  at the time of the project’s commencement.

The MoU was signed by the Chairman of City Housing & Real Estate (CH&RE), Janaka Ratnayake, for the company’s flagship project — Trillium Residencies; and by Ranjith Gunatilleke, Managing Director/General Manager of Sanken Lanka.

Commenting on the landmark occasion, Chairman of CH&RE, Janaka Ratnayake, said: “The signing of this agreement heralds the fact that within the next year we will have successfully completed Trillium Residencies, making it the only real estate project of its kind to grace the city.
