Trimcolanka Ltd., a company dedicated to bringing innovative solutions to health related issues, is promoting ‘pop-up’ mosquito nets to help the public to protect themselves of dengue. The promotion also coincides with the on-going National Dengue Week.

Available at Arpico Super Centres and other major retailers, the pop up mosquito net is self supporting with no hooks, durable and can be used anywhere to be protected from the deadly disease of dengue.

The net is made of WHO compliant anti-insect treated long lasting mesh and easy to fold, carry and wash as well.

Trimco came up with the pop-up mosquito nets because the traditional nets are not user friendly. “We introduced the Trimco pop mosquito net which positively addressed the many negative points raised in our researches,” a spokesman said.

“The superfine mesh, stretched over the frame allows almost unrestricted air circulation. The design allows for maximum freedom of movement and the wide ‘doors’ either side ensure easy access,” he said adding that it is entirely “self supporting” with no hooks or fixings whilst it is also easy to put up, take down, fold and store as well as being easy to clean and wash. The pop-up net also can be used on the bed, on the floor inside or outside. Made out of sprung steel frame and PVC dipped, it ensures no corrosion whilst the net also comes with a durable ‘travel bag’ and available to fit most mattress sizes.
