Professionalism recognised by LIMRA Head

Union Assurance (UA) thrives to achieve high standards and improve professionalism in all its business activities and it has become one of the company’s corporate values.

In the company’s process of continuous development of people, Union Assurance is privileged to be associated with LIMRA International, using its expertise and being one of its member companies. LIMRA International (Life Insurance and Market Research Association) is an expert in the global insurance and financial services industry in providing value added marketing and distribution expertise through its research, training and recognition schemes.

In addition to training offered by LIMRA, UA has been promoting LIMRA recognition awards offered annually since 2002. Awarding LIMRA International Quality Award (IQA) and International Award for Productivity (IAP) to its Life Insurance Advisers and International Quality Management Award (IQMA) to its Unit Leaders has become one of UA’s annual events.

The LIMRA International Award Seminar 2010 was recently held at Cinnamon Lakeside, Colombo. The Chief Guest at the event was Managing Director South Asia Region LIMRA & LOMA Khor Hen Hang.
