Uncommon Homes now in Kalutara

Uncommon homes opened its new showroom recently, at 548/1 Galle Road, Kalutara.

Kalutara is a city more prominent for divinity than business and since late showing a phenomenal growth. It is a large town in the Kalutara District, Western Province, Sri Lanka. It is also the third largest urban area in Western Province after Colombo and Negombo.

Kalutara is a scenic resort town. It is also the administrative capital of Kalutara District. It is located approximately 40 km south of the capital Colombo. This showroom covers from city of Panadura, Kalutara, Beruwala, Mathugama, Aluthgama, Dharga Town and all the way up to Galle and Matara.

The city will be a significant location for Uncommon Homes operation and has already began display the Roca brand as exclusive dealer for this region, incidentally Roca sanitary ware and Roca tiles are the world leading brands in their respective productive categories.
