Watergate International supplies ‘Idral’ to Abhimansala at Kamburupitiya

Watergate International (Pvt) Ltd, took the initiative in supporting the fallen heroes of our motherland by supplying ‘Idral—Life’ a range of sanitary-ware and services specially designed for the disabled and differently-abled soldiers at the ‘Abhimansala’ the newest wellness resort situated at Kamburupitiya in the Southern Province.

The second ‘Abhimansala’ project situated at Wilpitawatta in the Matara District is a health centre that looks after the disabled war heroes for the remaining years of their lives. The centre has been established to look after 50 totally disabled war heroes. This state-of-the-art newest complex , equipped with seven villas, five cottages, hydrotherapy and physiotherapy facilities, medical ward, swimming pool, gymnasium, medical laboratory, dining hall, kitchen, indigenous medicine unit, residential quarters for staff and is manned by a medical team 24 hrs.

In order to assist these fallen heroes in their day-to-day activities, Watergate supplied a specially designed range of products consisting of wash-basins, bidets, commodes, sinks, support rails, special faucets and other accessories for the disabled, all designed with easy to access and use aids to suit the maimed, lame and blind soldiers.
