Winners of Samsung radio promotion announced

Samsung Electronics, one of Sri Lanka’s leading players in the consumer electronics industry, announced the winners of its seasonal radio promotion conducted recently. The winners in the TV promotion were Iraj Fernando, Pranitha Dilra and P. Nishanthini, while the winners of the

refrigerator promotion were Ruchira Galappatthy, Menaka Herath and K.M. Fathima Risla. The promotion which was conducted during the morning show on Yes FM, Shree FM and Shakthi FM was held on an interactive platform, to engage with listeners and drive key features of the innovative and unique Samsung range of products. The competitions were conducted to create awareness on TVs (UHD, Smart and JOY series) and refrigerators focusing specifically on SBS, digital inverter and other models. As part of the competition listeners had to call and SMS in on a daily basis with the related answer along with a product endorsement. All the correct answers were put in to a draw and one winner from each promotion category was then selected. Samsung Smart TV’s offer one of the best ‘smart’ interaction TV options available on the market. Key features include motion and voice control which enables consumers to activate the screen with a clap in order to move the screen, zoom in and out and rotate photos. The range also has a 10 year warranty on the digital inverter compressor which enables the refrigerator to operate on 20 percent less electrical power.
