WNS recognised for business excellence by Sri Lanka Standards Institution

WNS Global Services Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., the largest pure play third-party Business Process Management (BPM) services provider in Sri Lanka, was recently recognised for business excellence by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI), at the National Quality Awards. This highly prestigious accolade is bestowed upon organisations which have earned high scores according to the Malcom Balridge assessment criteria; the benchmark used to assess the performance excellence of high performing companies. WNS Sri Lanka was awarded Merit Certification in the Service Large category.
The award is a felicitation of organisations in pursuit of excellence, in accordance with international quality standards and industry best practices in the areas of information security, business continuity planning and quality management systems. Established in 2004, WNS, pioneered BPM services in Sri Lanka, has led the ITES industry and has been honoured locally and internationally by prestigious institutions such as CIMA UK, ACCA UK, the National Outsourcing Association UK (NOA) and the National Chamber of Exports (NCE) Sri Lanka, in the past.
