The Annual Regional Board Meeting of Würth’s Asia-Pacific Strategy Board will conclude today after commencing on 28 November.
It is being held on the invitation of Würth Lanka. This important event will provide an ideal opportunity to showcase Sri Lanka’s potential and progress in the automotive aftermarket. Local subsidiary Würth Lanka will leverage on this gathering of its senior regional management team to present its achievements, while simultaneously providing an opportunity to a select group of industry professionals and corporates to meet Würth’s Asia-Pacific Board over a roundtable discussion on the future of the industry.
The discussion with local dealership network leaders will further help to benchmark the success of Würth Lanka and replicate the effective German model the company is structured upon in the region’s evolving markets such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, etc.

While in Sri Lanka, the board members will visit the new state-of-the-art Würth Lanka facility recently declared opened by WÜRTH Group Chairperson Bettina Würth.
The Regional Directors on the Asia-Pacific Board of Würth hail from developed and larger markets than Sri Lanka and their opinions will provide valuable insights into the local industry. Würth has worldwide agreements and international key account management with most auto brands and the extension of these agreements to the local OEM dealer network will benefit both Würth and the auto dealers.
