Yaddehige Jr. made Director/COO at Richard Pieris

Shaminda Yaddehige has been appointed as an Executive Director to the Board of Richard Pieris and Company Plc with effect from 11 November as well as Chief Operating Officer.

Previously he served in the Directorate of Richard Pieris Exports Plc for the past 11 years and also in the Directorate of subsidiary companies of RPC which are mainly engaged in the export of latex products.

Shaminda was educated in the UK and graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University College London. He worked as a Management Consultant for  Pricewaterhouse Coopers, UK. Since then he has moved in to international marketing and has built a strong marketing network in the UK, France, Germany and other European countries.

With the latest appointment, the Board of Directors of Richard Pieris and Company Plc comprises of Dr. Sena Yaddehige (Chairman), S. Yaddehige, L.R. Watawala, J.H.P. Ratnayake, W.J.V.P. Perera, S.S.G. Liyanage and S.A.B. Ekanayake.
