Dubai, London, New York, Singapore – have developed into globally competitive cities by optimising a multinational workforce.
Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai – have developed into globally competitive cities by optimising a local workforce.
Their respective countries enable them with a good educational ecosystem, rule of law, effective governance, and stable policies.
A crisis is an opportune window to make radical reforms – to institutionalise these enablers (above). Do it before crisis-fatigue and lethargy set in.
