Arms Wars Refugees?

Globally, arms is one of the largest industries. The largest exporters are in the so-called ‘developed world’, with the ‘BRICS’ fast catching up!
Ironically, the biggest wars are ‘played out’ in the so-called ‘developing world’, thus making them sizeable importers!
As a result of all these wars, thousands of refugees are risking their lives and shoring up in the so-called ‘developed world’.
As long as the arms industry remains a significant % of Global GDP, will this ever change?
