Jubilance over high growth rate

The Central Bank Annual Report for 2011 released last week, one month before its statutory deadline, is jubilant about the real growth of 8.3 per cent which the country is estimated to have achieved, as per the calculations made by the country’s statistics bureau – the Department of Census and Statistics – in 2011.
