Beginning this century the world witnessed the biggest lie: 9/11
It seems we are fast stepping into an epoch where truth is relentlessly tampered and tainted. Lies elevated, enthroned and reign supreme. Trillions of dollars thrown to preserve and protect the status quo. It’s happening, we are already living it. And that’s not the bad news. The trend is trickling down at speeds deadlier than a cascading avalanche. It’s taking a toll. It’s affecting us all.
Lies manufactured at industrial scale. Disseminated with great aplomb. The world and most of its inhabitants are living the most fabulous lie and they are relishing it. Our economics is a lie, our politics is a lie, our morality is a lie and so are our beliefs.
Democracy dictates that people are sovereign and elected representatives their servants. Reality is far from it. Provocative balderdash is the best way to describe this. In essence people are worse than slaves today, greatly neglected and progressively pushed to penury with a mountain of debt.
Most of humanity are slaves to banks capping their credit cards max. This is the condition of the middle-class. Those below take a day at a time and some live dangerously. Elected representatives flaunt ill-gotten wealth and seek more. We the people heap abuse and obloquy on our representatives and are quick to get amnesic. We are the very ones to stay in queues at the next polls to elect the same corrupt politicos to high office.
Monetary policy, fiscal policy and inflationary trends are nothing but insidious theft eating into people’s wealth. Governments know nothing beyond Keynesian Economics. Deficit spending either through quantitative easing or imprudent borrowing is the order of the day. People are squeezed to the wall. Legislators are bereft of any intellectual capacity to seriously and deeply analyse economic woes and get to the bottom of it.
Any threat to the supposedly almighty dollar is swiftly addressed with vicious aerial force whether it’s an individual, group or nation. The multi-dimensional insulation and manipulation extended to the dollar by those concerned is greater than the love shown by faithful to their creator.
Individualism and secularism has invaded and besieged the space of cherished morals. We are conditioned and choreographed to live a lie called modernity. We’ve accepted nudity for fashion, drugs and alcohol for general coping and social stimulus and all kinds of satanic music and movies for refreshing entertainment. It seems we are doing well. Propaganda and manipulation seems to be working, how mass media engineers and distorts our perceptions.
When a people are fed a big fat lie it behooves regular lubrication for long term sustainability. This too is happening with an elaborate apparatus well intact.
As a people we exude profound amazement at the sight of a great wonder, whether it’s the Eiffel Tower or the Great Wall of China. The irony is that we fail to comprehend a much greater wonder within our own selves. The creation of the human being – approximately eight billion of us testing and intermingling yet only a few able to appreciate and ponder.
Most nonchalant and negligent resorting to esoteric science and philosophy to seek refuge. Some openly claim we originated from monkeys. Today in Western academia none escape the evolution theory – the foremost and conspicuous ethos.
A world characterised by a multitude of socio-political intrigue, economic turbulence and unending military wars is not the most conducive for faith, truth and honesty to thrive. Wicked, opprobrious political agenda designed and executed by Machiavellian and amoral politicians often in collaboration with corporate oligarchs have imploded and is uncontrollable. Shrapnel and other dangerous debris are strewn all over.
9/11
Beginning this century the world witnessed the biggest lie: 9/11. A new forensic investigation into the collapse of the three World Trade Centre towers on 9/11, published in Europhysics News – a highly-respected European Physics Magazine claims that “the evidence points overwhelmingly to the conclusion that all three buildings were destroyed by controlled demolition”.
The investigation conducted by a number of reputable scientists, including Steven Jones, a former professor of physics at Brigham Young University; Anthony Szamboti, a mechanical design engineer; Robert Karol, a professor emeritus of civil engineering at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada and a fellow of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering and the Engineering Institute of Canada; and Ted Walter, author of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth’s Beyond Misinformation: ‘What Science Says About the Destruction of World Trade Centre Buildings 1, 2 and 7’.
During the 10th anniversary of 9/11 in 2011 a group at Ryerson University, Toronto Canada were examining another angle altogether: the “myth” of 9/11. The academics offered their opinions on why the official narrative of 9/11 as a terrorist attack was flawed. The official report from the 9/11 commission is replete with glaring omissions, said speaker David Ray Griffin, who wrote the book 9/11 Ten Years Later: When State Crimes Against Democracy Succeed. “There were continuing signs the Bush administration didn’t want the truth of 9/11 to be discussed.”
A continent that demands scientific evidence even for belief in God should take due cognisance of the latest revelation which is nothing but eminently scientific with more of it.
Sixteen years later new twists and developments are getting added to the official narrative. The US Congress has overridden Barack Obama’s veto of a bill allowing 9/11 victims to sue Saudi Arabia. If lawsuits are opened against Saudi Arabia over the 9/11 attacks it will have far-reaching consequences for the world. Obama called the vote a “dangerous precedent” while Saudi Arabia warned it risked having “disastrous consequences.” There isn’t a shred of an evidence to implicate Saudi Arabia. As a matter of fact all vital evidence were quite mysteriously annihilated quite early on.
Let’s see where this latest machination would take the 9/11 saga.
Mention about lies, names that naturally come to a sensible person are George W. Bush and Tony Blair. The Bush administration deliberately misled the world about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Another gargantuan lie. There were none, and they knew there were none. Iraq’s oil, enriching the military-industrial complex, security for Israel and to settle a vendetta with Saddam Hussein on behalf of his father were the main goals. On a more global scale it was to find a new scapegoat – Islam and Muslims.
No doubt Muslims paid dearly. The act subjugated, humiliated and wantonly annihilated Muslims. It’s estimated according to reliable sources in excess of a million Iraqis perished. The most realistic and scientific estimate of war-related deaths comes from the website justforeignpolicy.org, claiming 1.455.590 victims in January 2011. Two million have in fact fled abroad. Another 1.5 million have sought safety elsewhere in Iraq. There are close to five million orphans in Iraq.
Sri Lanka
Lies and deception in the name of democracy has affected almost every country in the world. In Sri Lanka deals were made with terrorists to win elections. Terrorists who mercilessly killed Sinhalese, Tamils and Muslims. Lies were then incessantly fed to the people. False promises made by Mahinda Rajapaksa in 2005 presidential election was indeed a record. How many of it were fulfilled is anybody’s guess. When he eventually left office he left the Treasury bankrupt.
Isn’t it blatant hypocrisy now for the ex-president and his diehard supporters to demand relief for the poor? Total outstanding loans at the end of 2015 were Rs. 8.5 trillion which amounts to 75% of the national GDP. The country is in a debt trap of Rs. 9.5 trillion. It’s the poor people of Sri Lanka who will end up paying this massive heist. So much for democracy and free enterprise as a panacea for our political and economic woes.
When the Russian Army annexed Crimea, Vladimir Putin went public and said there were no Russian soldiers in Ukraine. He wasn’t lying so much as saying the truth doesn’t matter. And when Donald Trump said he saw thousands of Muslims in New Jersey cheering the Twin Towers coming down, or that the Mexican government purposefully sends ‘bad’ immigrants to the US and still becomes a US Presidential candidate. It appears facts no longer matter much in the land of the free. Other nations and their leaders are following the trend with a voracious appetite.
We are living in a post-fact, post-truth world. Politicians and media lie – they have always lied. It seems people just don’t care whether public figures tell the truth or not. Where are we heading?
The rise of the so-called Islamic State in the Middle East gave former Canadian Prime Minister Stephan Harper other ideas. Harper government then enacted Bill C-51, the Anti-terrorism Act. Experts and rights groups argued the new legislation would transform the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS), Canada’s key spy agency, into a dictatorship-style secret police force. Bill C-51 gives CSIS and “no less than 17 government agencies” the power to disrupt protests and other acts of legitimate dissent in the name of combating threats to Canada’s national security. Another classic case in modern history to spread lies and suppress the people.
On 8 June 1967, on the fourth day of the Six-Day War between the invader Israel and the Arabs, the USS Liberty, an American intelligence gathering vessel, found its way into the middle of the war zone. The Israelis then identified the Liberty and still continued to bomb it. The strategy was to blame Egypt for the attack and involve The US into the quagmire. Hallmark Israeli lies were soon exposed.
Still in Israel two days after Israeli settlers burned to death an 18-month-old baby recently they still continue to slaughter kids and are an army on to themselves. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – the inveterate liar (with testimonials from former French President Sarkozy and President Obama) declared: “What distinguishes us from our neighbours is that we denounce and condemn murderers in our midst and pursue them until the end, while they name public squares after child murderers. A flagrant lie. Take the example of Shlomo Ben-Yosef. He was hanged by the British administrators of Palestine in 1938. He and others threw grenades in a failed effort to kill passengers aboard a Palestinian bus.
Today streets are named after him in Akka and Tel Aviv. Who is lying and who is speaking the truth? Ben-Yosef was part of the Irgun, the Zionist armed group that was led by Menachem Begin, later Israel’s prime minister.
The Irgun was denounced as “terrorist” by Albert Einstein and other luminaries in 1948. The lies that has continued by the state of Israel to date is so voluminous it’s a nightmare to chronicle.
The advent of Donald Trump embellished the world political landscape with his rather refreshing yet immaculate lies. In the beginning he labelled his political opponents liars. He dubbed Senator Ted Cruz a liar. He called Senator Marco Rubio an “even bigger liar”. He dubbed Dr. Ben Carson a “pathological liar” and said former Florida Governor Jeb Bush’s lies were almost as bad as Cruz.
The media boldly said there’s only one truly massive liar in this race: Donald Trump. Incidentally Donald Trump told over the course of 4.6 hours of speeches, on average, one lie every five minutes. When Huffington Post catalogued his lies over the course of just one town hall event, they came up with 71 lies. This guy is likely to be the next President of the United States.
The world does not work the way we have been led to believe – by our mainstream media, by our politicians, by our corporations, by our financial institutions, by our military, by our schools. We are bombarded daily with so much misinformation, disinformation, propaganda, half-truths, and outright lies, that it takes a persistent individual to sort through the fog of information to find the truth.
First and foremost we must educate ourselves and understand our purpose in this world so that we can destroy the myths and discover the truth – so help me God.
