Managing risks of Expropriation Bill is critical

This is a personal perspective. It is not based on consultations with any quarter of any kind or with any other disciplines. Thus, it is my individual observation. It is also my first or preliminary observation on the proposed Act.

I make myself available to learn from points of view of other equal stakeholders of the nation, in the larger national interest‐whether they are in Government or Opposition, in the professional or business community or in civil society. However, I will only pause to engage in such discussion, provided the discussions are independent, objective and constructive, mutually respectful, and the end game is a meeting of the minds on a way forward.
