Achieve consistent savings year after year on fuel burnt in traffic jams, ease attrition among motorists, reduce pollution, and improve driving safety and efficiency and national productivity.
Mission
By implementing a set of activities to ease traffic congestion in the greater Colombo area through improved road usage, developing a multi-hub and spoke policy for public transport and limiting heavy vehicles to restricted time zones with a return on investment to all stakeholders.
