Are there international airports that a second airline can better serve, in terms of costs and access new market segments?

Does the Government have a surplus budget that it can ‘afford’ loss-making State enterprises?! Should taxpayers fund a loss-making airline?
If the answer to all of above is a ‘no’, why fly?
