An Islamic religious ceremony was held at the Dewatagaha Jumma Mosque, Colombo 07 on 2 June to mark the 41st anniversary of Independent Television Network (ITN). Moulavi Mohamed Wajuhuddeen Rizvi and Quari Mohamed Faizal conducted special prayers in Tamil and Sinhala language.
ITN Chairman Sudath Rohana, DGM Engineering Ananda Kularathna, Project Manager Sarath Kumara Perera, Former ITN Director and Tower Hall Foundation Director Hassim Omar, Dewatagaha Jumma Mosque Chairman Riyaz Salley and ITN officials were also present.
