NDB Bank empowers students of Convent of Our Lady of Victories through “Skillshop for Students”

NDB Bank recently hosted a dynamic and inspiring workshop titled “Skillshop for Students” at the Convent of Our Lady of Victories. Powered by the NDB Learning Academy and led by the Chief Manager of Learning and Development, the program was designed to empower A/L students across all streams by equipping them with essential personal grooming and career-building skills, helping them unlock their true potential and set ambitious goals for academic success.

It covered an array of topics aimed at fostering holistic development among the participants. Sessions included identifying talent, passion, and purpose; personality profiling; goal setting; and equipping students with success tools and pathways to achieve their aspirations.
