Annual Christmas Carols organised by the Christian Guild of People’s Bank were held on a grand scale recently at the People’s Bank Staff Training College Auditorium.
The occasion witnessed the staff members of People’s Bank branches of Colombo and the suburbs as well as Negombo, Kalutara and the northern regions joining in to sing carols.
The carols were held under the patronage of Most Rev. Dr. Maxwell Silva, the Auxiliary Bishop of Colombo.
The ceremony was attended by the People’s Bank Chief Executive Officer/General Manager N. Vasantha Kumar together with the corporate and executive management and the staff of People’s Bank with their family members as well as the retired staff of People’s Bank.
At the conclusion of the Christmas carols the children who were present received gifts from Santa Claus.
