Another CSR initiative from Sanasa Development Bank

Sanasa Development Bank (SDB) is a 100% local bank under the supervision of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka committed to strengthen the rural economy and uplift the cooperative sector of the country. The head office staff of SDB successfully organised a blood donation campaign for the patients at the National Cancer Institution on 18 February at the SDB Head Office located at No. 12, Edmonton Road, Kirulapona, Colombo 06. SDB Chairperson Samadani Kiriwandeniya, General Manager/CEO Nimal C. Hapuarachchi, management and staff members participated for this commendable feat. Furthermore the participation of customers, officers of other private and government institutions and area residents was prominent for this event. The blood donation campaign was organised for the second consecutive time and the employees of the bank are determined to organise this event annually.
