Hayleys Agro helps flood victims in the east

 Hayleys Agro products limited plays a prominent role in the country’s agriculture sector, providing agricultural inputs to customers ranging from the largest plantation companies and agricultural establishments to independent farmers across Sri Lanka. We firmly believe in fulfilling social obligations and we strive to conduct various service projects in the communities in which we function.

The company together with its employees will donate 7,000 kilograms of rice, 500 kilograms sugar, 500 kilograms of dhal, 500 kilograms of milk powered, 100 kilograms of tea, 500 towels, 500 bed sheets, 500 sleeping mats, 1,000 plastic cups and 500 exercise books, worth Rs. 2 mn to the flood victims in three districts namely Ampara, Batticaloa and Trincomalee in the eastern province.  

Here Rizvi Zaheed, Managing Director of Hayleys Agro Products Limited handing over the consignment to Vijitha Kumara, General Manager - Human Resources at Colombo to be taken to the eastern province for distribution.
