Journeying Beyond Christmas – Seylan Bank Carols 2012

Seylan Bank presented their annual Christmas Carols for the 22 consecutive year, under the theme ‘Journeying Beyond Christmas’. Inspired by the unity displayed by the staff in celebrating national and religious events so harmoniously, irrespective of the religion or race they belong to.

The Choir comprised of staff members and their children of different religious backgrounds, who sang in Harmony under the guidance of renowned choir directress Mary Anne David. The festival of Carols was held recently at Tourist Board auditorium under the patronage of Seylan Bank Chairman Mohan Pieris PC, who graced the occasion along with his wife. Executive Director R. Nadarajah, Director Rear Admiral Ananda Peiris, General Manager/Chief Executive Officer Kapila Ariyaratne, and members of the  Senior Management, were also present at the event.

Religious dignitaries, well wishers, staff and their families participated in large numbers, to celebrate the spirit of the season.
