Lt. Col. (Retd) D.G. Shane Balthazaar elected Burgher Association President

Retired Lt. Col. Shane Balthazaar, was unanimously elected as President of the Burgher Association at the 14th Annual General Meeting held recently at the Dutch Burgher Union, Hall, Colombo 4. 

Lt. Col. Balthazaar completed his education at St. Anthony’s College Kandy and served in the Sri Lanka Army for 22 years.

The following members were duly elected as office bearers of the Association.
