Pan Asia Bank uplifts standards of rural sector schools

As a part of its ongoing CSR initiatives to uplift the standard of living in rural areas, the bank recently conducted a project to develop Millaththawa Maha Vidyalaya, a deserving school situated in Girandurukotte, in Uva Province which lacked basic needs. The school has about 800 students and as a part of the school’s infrastructure renovation program the bank staff was involved in colour-washing the entire school building complex. The bank also donated about 1,000 library books, computers, sanitary equipments etc. to the school.
