Parliament complex and Rajagiriya in new light for Vesak by Iconic Galaxy

Beginning at sunset on Vesak day, the lights on the iconic parliament complex, the majestic drive to it plus areas in Rajagiriya dazzled the skyline on a celebratory note.

In honour of the values and tradition of Vesak, Iconic Galaxy, the luxury apartment complex in Rajagiriya, teamed up with the Urban Development Authority (UDA) to showcase the suburb of Rajagiriya in a new light. This year’s religious and cultural tradition was celebrated on a mega scale with Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and President Maithripala Sirisena as Chief Guests for the inauguration of a week of illuminating festivity.
