The annual Poson Festival at Tissamaharama Maha Viharaya is one of the most significant religious events celebrated by the Buddhist community in the Deep South. Seylan Bank made a monetary contribution towards this year’s event. Here, P.M.P. Damayanthi, Assistant Branch Manager Tissamaharama branch, handing over the cheque to Rev. Dr. Dewalegama Dhammasena Nayaka Thero, the Chief Incumbant Tissamaharama Maha Viharaya.
